Galium debile, commonly known as Slender Marsh-Bedstraw, Weak Bedstraw, or Slender Bedstraw, is a perennial herb native to Europe and North Africa to the Caucasus. It thrives in a variety of habitats, including moist woods, wet meadows, riverbanks, and sometimes in drier upland forests. This plant typically grows at a moderate rate to a height of 0.5-1.5 feet (0.15-0.5 meters) and spreads through its rhizomes to form mats. The stems are slender and the leaves are arranged in whorls, with small, white, and somewhat inconspicuous flowers that bloom in the summer. The flowers are not particularly showy, but they do attract pollinators such as bees.

Slender Marsh-Bedstraw is valued for its ability to stabilize soil and its use in naturalistic plantings, especially in wetland restoration projects. It is also used in traditional medicine for various ailments. In cultivation, it prefers full sun to part shade and medium draining clay or loam soils.
